Privacy

We collect as little as we can: enough to send you the alerts you ask for, and nothing to sell.

What we keep

• Your email address and the areas you asked for alerts about.
• If you create an account, the name and identifier your sign-in provider (Auth0) gives us.
• Server logs — IP address, pages requested, errors — kept for a limited time to keep the site secure and working.

Looking up a ZIP code or browsing the map doesn't require an account and isn't tied to you.

How we use it

Only to send the alerts and confirmation emails you asked for, and to run the site. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising. Email is delivered by our email provider (SendGrid), which handles it on our behalf.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in, if you sign in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

• Every alert has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• You can change your areas or pause alerts at any time from My alerts.
• To have your information deleted, email privacy@boilwateradvisory.com.
