This site repeats public notices issued by water systems and government agencies. It is provided for information only. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and it is not a substitute for the instructions of your water system or health department, which always take precedence.

We don't guarantee that any notice will appear here, that alerts will be delivered, or that the service will be available at any given time. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its alerts.

Fair use of the data

You may link to the site and use its public feeds and API for non-abusive purposes. Automated access is rate-limited; don't attempt to get around the limits, overload the service, or present the data as official government information.

Alerts

You can stop alerts at any time with the link in any alert email. We may stop sending alerts to addresses that bounce or that we believe were added without the owner's consent.
